Winston Michell brings 25 years of golf industry experience to every golf cart transaction at Carts West. That quarter-century working across British Columbia’s golf courses taught Winston what quality looks like – and more importantly, what reliable service means to the customers who depend on these vehicles daily.

After decades managing golf course operations, Winston recognized a gap in Victoria’s market: the quality and convenience he’d expect for his own golf operations simply weren’t available locally. Carts West opened in 2025 to change that. Based in Colwood, the dealership serves Greater Victoria and Vancouver Island with the same standards Winston strived for throughout his career.
