After decades of managing golf course operations, Winston recognized a gap in Victoria’s market: the quality and convenience he’d expect for his own golf operations simply weren’t available locally. Carts West opened in 2025 to change that. Based in Colwood, the dealership serves Greater Victoria and Vancouver Island with the same standards Winston strived for throughout his career.
